If paying by cheque please print your name, address and telephone number on the back of the cheque.
Please do not send cash and ensure all details are correct.

For Christmas items please allow 2 weeks.
Other items please allow 4 weeks.
Please note some stock items will be ready for immediate dispatch once payment is received so please check with our staff for product availability.
*No embroidered items ordered after the 5th of December can be guaranteed pre- Christmas delivery.
Pre-payment must be received on all goods prior to dispatch.
You may choose cheque, postal order or bank transfer for payment.
If an item you have chosen is sold out prior to receiving your order, you will be notified immediately of any suitable alternatives. Otherwise you will receive a refund by method of payment.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your full order is dispatched sometimes manufacturing delays may mean we will have to break up the shipment of your order. If this happens the remainder of your order will be dispatched within 14 business days from the first dispatchment date.
Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received.
